Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruiting function within a vibrant, multi-state organization. This is a hands-on position with significant visibility, responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruiting, developing innovative talent acquisition strategies, and streamlining processes to support workforce planning initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, outline role requirements, and create precise job descriptions and candidate profiles aligned with workforce goals.
- Coordinate hiring logistics and pre-hire procedures, including timelines, offer letters, background checks, and scheduling.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate data and compliance within ADP Workforce Now Recruitment, overseeing requisitions, posting consistency, advertising, and candidate tracking.
- Optimize and stabilize ATS functionality by developing user guides and training local HR teams on efficient system usage, new processes, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Manage relationships with job boards, staffing agencies, and recruiting partners by coordinating support for hiring needs and monitoring recruitment expenses.
- Create and standardize hiring documentation and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across locations.
- Foster a welcoming experience for candidates by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process, reflecting Bailey's values.
- Build candidate pipelines through career fairs, social media, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Oversee the Bailey Internship Program across all locations, driving consistency and fostering modern approaches to keep early talent engaged.
- Partner with local HR teams to establish a coherent talent acquisition strategy for seasonal hiring while addressing the unique needs of our H-2A workforce.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies in recruiting practices.
- Provide insights and reporting on recruiting metrics, trends, and opportunities for enhancing recruitment effectiveness and consistency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support talent acquisition and broader HR initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with demonstrated ownership in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong talent acquisition experience with the ability to carry out key responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, with a focus on process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in a multi-state environment.
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This position is based on-site and requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds, potential out-of-state travel for onboarding activities, hiring events, or audits, and primarily working in an indoor office environment with occasional field presence.

Compensation details:
$72,000 - $90,000 Yearly Salary
