Position overview
Canada Computers is looking for an experience, proactive, and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment across multiple offices. This is a high‑impact role responsible for sourcing top talent, improving hiring efficiency, and supporting our growth across regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate, operational, and technical roles across Head Office in Canada, Manila and China.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates; manage offer process and onboarding.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Actively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and direct search.
- Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.
- Improve sourcing strategies to increase response rates and candidate engagement.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide guidance on job descriptions, market conditions, and recruitment timelines.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide regular updates and hiring metrics to management.
- Recommend improvements to recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate screening processes.
- Support HR operations including employee relations, engagement, performance management, documentation and other tasks when needed.
- Help promote a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of strong corporate recruitment experience, regional hiring in the Asian market is preferred.
- Expertise in full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, job analysis, and offer management.
- Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates to meet hiring needs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and deliver under tight timelines.
- Ability to speak Chinese is an asset.
