Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Background in a prestigious internal talent team, a top-tier agency, a venture-backed startup, or a high-caliber corporate HR environment.
- Strong grasp of modern recruiting principles: structured interviewing, scorecards, competency-based assessments, and effective hiring manager collaboration.
- Hands-on experience in at least one major recruiting domain:
- Technical Recruiting (AI/ML, engineering, product)
- GTM & Sales Hiring
- G&A Recruitment (Finance, HR, Ops)
- Executive Search
- High-volume or campus recruiting
- International/remote hiring strategies
- Familiarity with contemporary Talent and PeopleOps technology:
- ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
- Sourcing tools & automation
- CRM and engagement systems
- Hiring metrics and dashboards
- Onboarding workflows and HRIS tools
- Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on role design, and improving hiring processes.
- Excellent research and sourcing skills utilizing advanced techniques such as market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Ability to ensure a positive candidate experience with professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness.
- Experience in People Operations (policies, onboarding, retention, culture, performance cycles) is a significant advantage.
- Preferred candidates will have a record of high-quality placements, reduced time-to-fill, process enhancements, or successful team scaling in fast-paced settings.
