We are seeking a highly capable and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of recruiting across the organization. This is a critical role in a lean environment where you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process from intake through close while building strong talent pipelines for both current and future needs.

This role requires someone who is confident operating independently, comfortable partnering closely with hiring managers, and experienced in recruiting for technical and operational roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles including technical, engineering, and operational positions
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and drive alignment throughout the process
  • Proactively source and engage high quality active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Screen candidates thoroughly to assess both technical alignment and overall fit
  • Manage interview coordination end to end, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Drive timely feedback collection, synthesize insights, and guide next steps with hiring managers
  • Partner with leadership on offer development and lead verbal offers and candidate closing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and organized data in the ATS and track pipeline activity and performance metrics
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and overall efficiency

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience with clear ownership of hiring outcomes
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles in addition to general business functions
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of engaging and converting passive candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Confidence in partnering with hiring managers and guiding hiring decisions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working in an ATS such as Greenhouse
  • Ability to work onsite in Mahwah, NJ on a daily basis

Salary Range

(commensurate with experience) $85,000—$100,000 USD
