A leading regional manufacturer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide full-cycle recruiting support.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and attract candidates for high-volume hourly and frontline roles using job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, execute recruitment strategies, and coordinate all interview logistics.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Lead the end-to-end pre-employment process, including background checks, drug screenings, and required assessments.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain records within the ATS and build talent benches for future needs.
- Field Engagement: Represent the company at job; travel to local sites to support regional hiring efforts.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience, specifically supporting blue-collar, hourly, or frontline workforces.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to Dayforce or similar HCM/ATS systems is a significant plus.
- Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license for local site visits.
