Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support corporate recruiting initiatives for a leading manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume requisition loads
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various recruiting channels
  • Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday ATS
  • Attend hiring events, job fairs, networking events, and community workforce initiatives
  • Build partnerships with technical schools and workforce organizations
  • Provide consistent communication and recruitment updates to hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment activities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using ATS systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
