Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support corporate recruiting initiatives for a leading manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume requisition loads
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various recruiting channels
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers
- Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday ATS
- Attend hiring events, job fairs, networking events, and community workforce initiatives
- Build partnerships with technical schools and workforce organizations
- Provide consistent communication and recruitment updates to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment activities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities
- Experience using ATS systems, preferably Workday
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
