Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with appropriate person.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Handle offer negotiations and follow-ups with selected candidates
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT

Requirements

  • MBA in HR or related discipline
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using Job portals and recruitment tools.
