Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with appropriate person.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Handle offer negotiations and follow-ups with selected candidates
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
Requirements
- MBA in HR or related discipline
- 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using Job portals and recruitment tools.
