Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports Marcon’s recruitment efforts across our Development and Construction teams, delivering a structured, efficient, and values-driven hiring process. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a strong experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Working closely with the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in attracting high-quality talent, strengthening employer brand presence, and supporting the organization’s ongoing growth. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships across a variety of roles and functions.
The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to how Marcon attracts and hires talent across a growing real estate and construction business. You will gain exposure to a wide range of roles, partner with leaders across the organization, and help shape recruitment practices that support long-term workforce planning.
You’ll be part of a collaborative People & Culture team that values structure, continuous improvement, and delivering a high-quality experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-role hiring environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Professional communication and ability to manage sensitive information
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in real estate or construction is an asset
