Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to on-boarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates using various channels
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, in the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
