Our client is a Swiss technology company, based in Lausanne.
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to on-boarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates using various channels
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, in the technology sector.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
