Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Demonstrable success in full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
