As a Professional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our team, influencing the future of our workforce. Your role is essential in fostering a high-tech yet personal recruitment process that meets our clients' needs while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates.
Position Details
In this position, you will guide the recruiting process from start to finish, identifying and attracting top professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an unparalleled candidate experience.
- Conduct thorough research to identify qualified candidates through various channels including databases, job boards, schools, and associations.
- Analyze recruiting data to provide insights and enhance recruiting strategies.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews for hiring managers and executives.
- Manage pre-employment requirements such as background checks and reference verifications.
- Collaborate with Leadership and Human Resources on recruitment-related matters.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with recruiting sources.
- Create a positive candidate experience by accurately representing TP.
- Ensure onboarding paperwork is completed and reviewed before the candidate's progression.
- Communicate expectations and employment offers effectively.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data through timely updates and reporting.
- Explore and suggest new avenues for recruiting active and passive candidates.
- Support other assigned duties as needed.
- Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the BPO sector.
- Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles.
- Proficiency in salary negotiations.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of employment law is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner and adept problem solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide innovative recruiting ideas and enhance the employee experience.
- Familiarity with ATS, especially ICIMS and Workday.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
