Brandy Rice with The Forum Group PNW is working with a well respected client to find a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent across various levels and industries. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Your expertise in talent management, technical recruiting, and employment law will ensure a seamless hiring process that aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including executive, technical, campus, and internal positions, utilizing ATS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies through social media management and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining high standards of communication skills throughout the process.
  • Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment law regulations.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records within ATS systems while ensuring compliance with labor laws and confidentiality standards.
  • Support training & development initiatives related to recruiting techniques, succession planning, and talent management strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in recruiting across multiple disciplines including HR sourcing, executive recruiting, and internal staffing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS; familiarity with HRIS platforms like Kronos or ADP is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates at all levels.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience utilizing social media management tools for lead generation and employer branding efforts.
  • Familiarity with HR functions such as employee evaluation, employee relations, contracts management, and workday onboarding processes.

Pay

$70,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
