What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles and working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Experience using ATS or recruitment tools.
  • High ownership and accountability.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $50,000 – $58,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
