Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact position where you’ll play a key role in expanding Delta’s recruiting capacity and delivering exceptional service to both our clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and qualify technical professionals across multiple IT disciplines (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, project managers, etc.)
- Partner closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver top-tier candidates
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and database management
- Leverage recruiting tools, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems effectively
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with transparency, empathy, and follow-through
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and outreach strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to align recruiting efforts with Delta’s business goals
- Represent Delta’s brand and values in every candidate and client interaction
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in technical or IT staffing, consulting, or professional services environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Proven success sourcing and qualifying technical talent using LinkedIn and job boards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
- Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical recruiting practices
- Local to Torrance / South Bay, CA, or open to relocation
Desired / Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in IT consulting, staff augmentation, or contingent workforce recruiting
- Familiarity with ATS systems, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exposure to account coordination, business development, or client engagement
- A track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals or KPIs
- A passion for technology, people, and building lasting relationships
Compensation & Location
- Location: Onsite in Torrance, CA (LA COUNTY)
- Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience; uncapped commission from day one)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Work Type: 100% Onsite
