Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of holistic recruiting strategies for filling open positions
• Review, pre-selection, and interviewing of candidates (telephone, video, and in person)
• Building and maintaining a talent pool and active candidate tracking
• Support employer branding measures (job advertisements)
• Coordinate onboarding support for new employees

What You Bring

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in human resources, psychology, or similar
• Sound experience in recruiting
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Further language skills are an advantage
