Your Responsibilities

• Screening, qualifying, and recruiting new applicants and technical employees
• Independent planning, execution, and evaluation of telephone, video, and in-person interviews
• Direct approach of suitable specialists from graduates to qualified specialists to executives via LinkedIn, StepStone, etc.
• Development of work and job descriptions as well as creation of qualified candidate profiles
• Independent support of our recruiting processes until hiring

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university studies, preferably with a focus on human resource management
• Ideally, initial experience in personnel selection and active sourcing or social media recruiting
• High analytical skills and evaluation competence
• Strong communication skills and persuasive power
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
