We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (m/f/d) in full-time, initially for a fixed term of six months (with the option of extension or permanent employment).

What You Can Achieve With Us

  • You will manage the entire recruiting process independently – from clarifying needs to hiring.
  • You will create, post, and optimize job advertisements on suitable channels.
  • You will handle end-to-end applicant management: active sourcing, pre-selection, evaluation, and communication.
  • You will be the first point of contact for applicants and hiring managers.
  • You will coordinate the internal job approval process.
  • You will advise managers and departments on requirement profiles and modern recruiting strategies.
  • You will develop and implement innovative recruiting measures (e.g., active sourcing, new channels, tools).
  • You will conduct phone and video interviews confidently.
  • You will standardize and optimize recruiting processes with a focus on quality and speed.
  • You will be the interface to recruitment agencies, temporary employment agencies, and job boards.
  • You will build and actively maintain a sustainable candidate network.
  • You will represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.

What Strengths You Bring

  • Several years of practical experience in recruiting (in-house or agency).
  • Studies or training in HR, Business Administration, or comparable – nice to have, not a dogma.
  • Knowledge of aptitude diagnostics and structured selection.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills – clear, binding, on equal terms.
  • Proactive, independent way of working with an ownership mentality.
  • An existing candidate or business network is a plus.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
