About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and collaborative Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys full‑cycle recruiting and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent across a variety of roles while helping to strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers, supporting negotiations where appropriate.
  • Coordinate background checks, and other role-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Attending job fairs, hiring events, and networking activities.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, assessment, and candidate management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and hiring best practices.
  • Transportation experience is an asset.
  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
