Job Summary

Infinite Outsourcing Solution (IOS) is looking for a proactive and high-performing Recruiter to support fast-paced hiring for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and light industrial roles, along with select corporate positions.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end staffing requirements, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment, quick turnaround time, and daily candidate submissions to meet client demands in operational environments such as distribution centres, food warehouses, and logistics hubs.

This role is critical in ensuring continuous workforce supply for shifts including day, evening, and night operations, often in urgent hiring conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics roles including:
  • Forklift Operators
  • Warehouse Associates / General Labour
  • Pickers & Packers
  • Shipping & Receiving Clerks
  • Inventory / Stock Control Staff
  • Team Leads / Supervisors
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, ATS, referrals, walk-ins, and internal databases
• Conduct quick and effective screening calls to assess:
  • Warehouse experience
  • Equipment certifications
  • Physical capability and reliability
  • Immediate availability
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand warehouse roles
• Coordinate interviews, testing, onboarding, and client submissions
• Work closely with account managers and clients to fill urgent shift-based requirements
• Ensure daily targets for submissions, interviews, and placements are consistently met
• Update ATS in real-time with candidate status and job progress
• Build strong talent pools for recurring warehouse hiring needs
• Support onboarding and documentation compliance for all placed candidates
• Maintain strong communication with candidates for shift confirmations and job readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in recruitment
• Strong experience or exposure to warehouse / logistics / industrial hiring
• Understanding of high-volume recruitment environments
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities
• Ability to handle urgent and same-day hiring requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven staffing operations
• Familiarity with ATS systems and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Canadian workplace and hiring standards

Preferred Experience

• Hiring for food distribution centres, cold storage, or 3PL warehouses
• Experience with forklift operators and certified roles
• Strong candidate database management experience
• Experience managing multiple client requirements simultaneously
• Exposure to shift-based workforce planning
