The Role

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house team. You'll own the full recruiting cycle — sourcing, vetting, and interviewing South African candidates for remote roles with our US-based clients. A significant and growing portion of our placements are within the US healthcare sector — including medical billing, prior authorization, patient coordination, and healthcare administration. Experience recruiting for these roles is a strong advantage and will be a core focus of this position.

What You'll Do

• Source and attract top South African talent across healthcare administration, finance, real estate, and technology
• Recruit for specialized healthcare support roles including medical billing, prior authorization, patient coordination, and healthcare admin
• Screen and vet applicants through structured Zoom interviews (recorded for client review)
• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple active roles and clients simultaneously
• Post and manage listings across South African recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, PNet, Indeed, CareerJunction, etc.) Experience with mutliple recrutiment platforms is a must.
• Coordinate with GoFlow leadership on client requirements, placement timelines, and candidate feedback
• Maintain organized records of all candidate activity and pipeline status

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition — agency or in-house
• Experience recruiting for healthcare support or medical administration roles is a strong plus
• Strong familiarity with South African recruiting platforms and talent markets
• Comfortable conducting professional video interviews on Zoom (recording required)
• Tech-savvy and confident with digital tools, ATS platforms, and communication software
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Self-motivated with the discipline to work EST 9AM–5PM independently
• Strong organizational skills and a genuine work ethic
