Our client, a prestigious recruitment consultancy, is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State, ZA. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs and developing sourcing strategies to conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and facilitating the offer process. Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, is essential. A results-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously are required. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client requisitions.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the offer process, including reference checks and background screenings.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
