Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on recruiting for technology roles. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top technical talent to facilitating the interview process and extending offers. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and securing candidates for software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and other IT-related positions.
You will utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline. Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates will be key. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and create effective job descriptions. Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' technical skills and cultural fit will be crucial. You will also be responsible for managing the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and providing feedback throughout the hiring process. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a deep understanding of the tech landscape. This fully remote role supports recruitment efforts for roles based in and around Yola, Adamawa, NG, and requires a self‑driven individual who thrives in a virtual, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the technology job market.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
