Talent Acquisition Specialist(Brass Ring Kenexa /Paradox)

You will be responsible for advancing the brand across numerous markets in professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through selection process.

Skills Required

• Full-life cycle recruiting expertise: Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, and relationship management.
• Strategic recruitment: Ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions across multiple locations, with a focus on national and multi-location recruitment.
• Collaboration and partnership: Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, with a focus on managing customer and partner expectations.
• Organizational and documentation skills: Ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system.
• Compliance and process adherence: Strong understanding of and ability to comply with various processes and procedures, including those related to recruitment, talent acquisition.

Skills Preferred

• Familiarity with Brass Ring Kenexa applicant tracking system
• Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship (CRM)
• Familiarity with Paradox
