We’re hiring a results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across the Philippines and South Africa.

This role focuses on fast sourcing, strong screening, and building candidate pipelines for both recurring (high-volume) and non-recurring (specialized/leadership) roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for roles such as:
    • Sales Reps / Chatters (high-volume)
    • Quality Managers (social media)
    • COO / Operations Leads
    • Revenue & Optimization roles
    • Instagram & Reddit Posters
  • Build and maintain active candidate pools
  • Use and manage an ATS to track pipelines
  • Source via LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative channels
  • Deliver qualified candidates quickly and consistently

Requirements

  • Proven experience hiring for:
    • High-volume roles (sales/chatters)
    • Mid to senior roles (operations/leadership)
  • Experience hiring in Philippines and/or South Africa
  • Strong skills in:
    • Candidate sourcing & screening
    • Pipeline / pool building
    • ATS management
  • Organized, responsive, and output-driven
  • Strong network on LinkedIn and other platforms

Compensation

  • $500/month (fixed)
  • Performance-based bonuses available
