Responsibilities:

• Utilize recruiting resources to identify qualified IT professionals interested in positions with our clients • This includes Internet sourcing, networking, outreach and other sourcing techniques • Responsible for meeting a weekly goal of qualified talent generated from sourcing activity and presenting qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialists/Sales Reps • Post available positions online internally and externally. job boards, social media • Maintain all documentation using our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn)

Qualifications:

• No degree necessary. We will provide the necessary training • A competitive spirit and drive to build a long-term career in the Talent Acquisition or sales field • Solid attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is mostly an on-site position here in downtown Milwaukee. We pay for covered parking. A limited hybrid schedule can be worked out over time.
