Your Role
- You are responsible for the setup and further development of the entire recruiting structure
- You work closely with specialist departments and translate needs into clear hiring strategies
- You are operationally involved – but at the same time think process-oriented and scalable 👉 Focus: ~90% Talent Acquisition / ~10% HR Support
Your Tasks (to the point)
- Building university cooperations & networks (universities, institutions)
- Building efficient and scalable recruiting processes & structures
- Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline / candidate database
- Active sourcing and direct approach of candidates
- Close coordination with hiring managers to define requirements
- Managing the entire recruiting process (end-to-end)
- Collaboration with external partners (e.g., headhunters)
What you bring
- 2–3 years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition
- Experience in building structures or the desire to do exactly that
- Interest in technical roles & complex profiles
- Hands-on mentality + simultaneously a view for processes
- Very good German and good English skills
