What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates
  • Handle inbound candidate queries professionally
  • Conduct first‑level screening (clear checklist provided)
  • Schedule interviews with internal team
  • Maintain daily tracking sheet and follow‑ups
  • Share daily call & progress reports

Who This Role Is For

  • 1–3 years experience in BPO / Telecalling / Recruitment Calling
  • Clear spoken English (Hindi + English preferred)
  • Calm, confident, and pleasant voice
  • Comfortable handling rejection
  • Organized and process‑driven
