What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs across functions including customer service, administrative support, accounting, data entry, and professional roles
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate both skill set and cultural fit
- Manage multiple open positions while maintaining organization, urgency, and follow-through
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
- Guide candidates through the hiring process—from initial conversation through onboarding
- Track and manage performance metrics including interviews, placements, and starts
What We’re Looking For
We’re especially interested in candidates with cross-functional operations experience, including:
- Operations Management or Business Operations
- Call Center or Customer Service Leadership
- Workforce Planning, Staffing Coordination, or Team Leadership
- Project or Program Coordination supporting multiple departments
- Office or Business Operations with exposure to finance, HR, customer service, or technical teams
You’ll stand out if you:
- Have worked across multiple departments or business functions
- Have experience interviewing, hiring, or managing employees
- Are comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven environment
- Communicate confidently and build relationships quickly
- Stay organized while managing competing priorities

Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: $52,000 – $60,000, based on experience
- Performance-based incentives tied to interviews, placements, and successful starts
- Additional earning potential as you grow into full-cycle recruiting, including Direct Hire opportunities
This role offers a clear path into recruiting, account management, or business development. Success is driven by consistency, communication, and follow-through—not just final placements.
This is a high-activity role with daily outreach, interviewing, and follow-up.
