Your Role

Talent & Relationship Management

  • Own and grow relationships with a curated roster of creators across categories
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary POC for all collaborations
  • Build long-term engagement strategies to strengthen creator loyalty
  • Scout upcoming creators and help the team in onboarding them to the roster

Brand Partnerships & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive brand collaborations by aligning the right creators with the right briefs
  • Proactively pitch and position talent to brands and internal teams
  • Maximize revenue through strategic deal-making and repeat partnerships

Commercial Strategy & Negotiation

  • Lead negotiations across pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
  • Ensure a balance between premium positioning and scalable deal structures
  • Package creators intelligently to unlock larger campaign opportunities

Campaign Excellence

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain high standards of content quality, timelines, and brand alignment

Creator Growth & Positioning

  • Guide creators on content strategy, platform growth, and brand building
  • Identify opportunities to scale presence across platforms like Instagram & YouTube
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends and platform shifts

Data & Insights

  • Track performance metrics and campaign outcomes
  • Translate data into actionable insights for brands and creators

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing / talent management
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and digital landscape
  • Proven ability to manage creators and close high-value brand deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • A sharp, data-driven mindset
