What You’ll Do • Source and place software developers with local and international companies • Build partnerships with startups, tech companies, and organisations seeking remote engineers • Manage the full outsourcing lifecycle; recruitment, client matching, onboarding, and performance tracking • Expand Wootlab’s global talent outsourcing pipeline

What We’re Looking For • Experience in tech recruitment, outsourcing, or talent placement • Strong understanding of software engineering roles and the global tech talent market • Ability to build client relationships and secure outsourcing opportunities • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
