Your Role

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent to our company.
• Accompany the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and campus recruiting to find suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical and cultural suitability.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Advise hiring managers on all questions regarding recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Analyze talent needs and develop customized solution approaches.
• Regularly present recruiting metrics, market insights, and talent trends.
• Actively contribute to employer branding and represent our employer brand externally.

Process Optimization & Compliance

• Ensure precise documentation in the recruiting system (Workday).
• Analyze key figures such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Ensure compliance with German labor laws and internal policies.

Your Profile

What you bring

• Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Sound knowledge of the German labor market and relevant recruiting channels.
• Confident use of recruiting tools (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade diverse stakeholders.
• Independent, results-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment.

Advantageous

• Experience in filling technical positions (Engineering, Product, Data).
• Basic knowledge of German labor law.
• Experience in building teams from scratch.
• Background in employer branding.
