Talent Partner/Lead sought for an incredible exciting, fast growth UAV/robotics scaleup based in Munich.

This is a company who have doubled in recent months and are now looking to invest in an experienced Talent Lead to help drive growth forward and continue to unlock talent in the spaces of autonomous flight, spatial AI and robotics.

We are looking for a Talent Partner who goes beyond the scope of normal recruitment channels.

Whilst LinkedIn sourcing is important, we want a Talent professional who enjoys problem solving, thinking outside the box and will go to additional measures to lock the top 1% of candidates.

This is about someone who is comfortable building networks and comunities through universities, clubs and other unique talent networks to ensure deep exposure and the best across roles.

You will be obsessed with positioning the company as one of the best in Munich and build a robust talent engine and employer brand.

Ideally you will leverage agentic capabilities to optimise workflows and take pride in being a go to recruiter across multiple technical roles.

Compensation & Benefits

This role is offering between 70,000-95,000 EUR + many other benefits and offers a hybrid working arrangement in Munich.

Experience

• Strong background in technical recruiting ideally within either the start space or in the field of robotics, UAV, spatial AI (not essential but highly desirable)
• Able to deal with ambiguity - hands on problem solving approach with an enjoyment for working at pace
• Deep sourcing experience across LinkedIn and other more unique, proactive methods
• Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox or other platforms
• Instinct for hiring candidates in fields that are high impact and technically complex
• German speaking
