The Talent & Recruitment Specialist will manage sourcing, interviewing and pre-employment processes to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, interviewing and pre-employment processes to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.
• Support the human resource department in recruitment.
• Screen applicants for a variety of departments.
• Maintain the ATS database.
• Market via social media.
• Manage files and reports.

This role requires a collaborative working relationship with all necessary departments in the performance of its operations and reports to the Human Resource Director.
