- Manage sourcing, interviewing and pre-employment processes to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company's current and future needs.
- Support the human resource department in recruitment.
- Screen applicants for a variety of departments.
- Maintain the ATS database.
- Market via social media.
- Manage files and reports.
This role requires a collaborative working relationship with all necessary departments in the performance of its operations and reports to the Human Resource Director.
