We're scaling our Talent Acquisition team by adding the Sourcing function to support our ambitious growth plans at Aleph Alpha for 2025 and beyond.
We’re looking to hire a Talent Sourcer for a role that goes beyond simple sourcing. You will become a key contributor to Aleph Alpha’s talent acquisition engine by building high-quality pipelines and helping shape our growing sourcing function.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for technical/non-technical roles
- Support market mapping efforts
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide pipeline updates
- Help document and optimize sourcing playbooks
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Has proven experience in the technology industry, hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical roles (you will work on the roles in our Research, Product, Customer, and Operations departments)
- Has previous experience in a startup, high-volume hiring setup, or unstructured environment
- Proficient in Boolean Search and LinkedIn Recruiter, familiar with niche platforms
- Able to craft compelling outreach messages and engaging recruiting pitch
- Skilled in evaluating candidate competencies during initial screens, ensuring only high-potential candidates are advanced to the next stage
- Has a passion for the research and mapping components of the Sourcing
- Demonstrates basic stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
- Has strong data ownership, able to track and report on own sourcing effectiveness
- Fluent in English
