About The Role

We are hiring a strategic Talent Sourcer to support advanced R&D hiring for one of the largest semiconductor clients. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier engineering talent across GPU, SoC, and semiconductor domains.

You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build proactive talent pipelines for niche, hard-to-fill technical roles. This is a highly specialized sourcing role requiring deep market insight, strong research capability, and the ability to engage passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for complex semiconductor and hardware engineering roles
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across GPU, CPU, NPU, and SoC domains
  • Source candidates for roles including RTL Design, Design Verification, Physical Design, Performance/Power, and Architecture
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to identify top engineering talent from leading semiconductor companies
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, market intelligence tools)
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and compelling messaging
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies and hiring priorities
  • Provide market insights including talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor intelligence

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience with at least 2+ years in semiconductor or hardware engineering hiring
  • Proven experience hiring for GPU, SoC, RTL, Physical Design, Design Verification, or related silicon engineering roles
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate sourcing
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Good understanding of semiconductor industry talent landscape and key competitors
  • Ability to engage and influence senior-level engineering talent
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

  • Experience supporting global hiring teams
  • Data-driven sourcing approach with use of analytics and reporting
