Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring Applied Digital’s Data Center Construction and Operations teams, while also assisting other business areas as needed.

This role will focus on proactively identifying and engaging talent, building strong pipelines for multiple requisitions, and partnering closely with recruiters to ensure consistent delivery of qualified candidates. This is a sourcing-focused role, with a heavy emphasis on supporting niche hiring needs within data center construction and operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates for Data Center Construction and Operations roles, with occasional support for other teams at Applied Digital
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and align on sourcing strategy
  • Screen resumes and share qualified candidates with recruiters for further evaluation
  • Maintain and organize candidate pipelines within the ATS
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant talent pools
  • Execute outreach strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Track sourcing activity and pipeline health across requisitions

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards or social networking platforms
  • Experience sourcing for Data Center Construction and/or Operations roles (e.g., Superintendents, Project Managers, Field Engineers, Operations roles)
  • Understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and build pipelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and ability to effectively partner with recruiters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for hyperscale or mission-critical data center environments
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as SeekOut, HireEZ, Gem, Lusha, or ZoomInfo
  • Experience supporting hiring in high-growth or fast-paced organizations
  • Strong talent mapping and market intelligence skills

Physical Requirements
