What You’ll Do

• Research and refine skill definitions to ensure clarity and alignment with industry standards.
• Create and improve assessments to evaluate a wide range of technical skills.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to integrate assessment tools into workflows.
• Create scripts and automate processes to enhance Talent Assessment efficiency.
• Analyze assessment data to uncover trends and drive actionable insights.
• Develop and interact with AI-powered internal systems for evaluation.
• Optimize and streamline talent evaluation processes.

Requirements

• 2 years of overall professional experience.
• 1+ year experience in Software Development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis.
• Process Optimization expertise.
• Django framework knowledge.
• Advanced level of English.

Plus

• Technical Writing experience.
• Web Development skills.
• Statistics knowledge.
• AI/Prompt Engineering experience.
• SQL proficiency.
• 1+ year in Learning & Development.
• 1+ year in Data Management.
• 1+ year in IT Recruitment.
