“Tally Accountant & Dispatch Executive – Billing, Stock, GST & Material Dispatch”

Responsibilities

• Handle billing and invoice creation in Tally
• Maintain stock & inventory records (inward & outward)
• Manage purchase and sales entries
• Basic GST work (invoice, records, coordination with CA)
• Track daily sales and cash entries
• Manage material dispatch:
  • Prepare dispatch challan
  • Coordinate loading/unloading
  • Check material before dispatch
  • Maintain dispatch records
• Ensure proper stock verification and avoid mismatch
• Coordinate with owner for daily updates

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
• Knowledge of GST & billing
• Experience in inventory/stock handling
• Responsible and honest person
• Able to handle both office + field/dispatch work

• ₹9,216.56 - ₹18,000.00 per month
