Responsibilities

As a Task Force Project Manager F&B Openings, you will ensure the successful planning and implementation of several pre-opening and opening phases, including:

• Steering and coordination of cross-departmental projects with HR, Purchasing, IT, Technology, and Marketing
• Active support in operational business during crucial opening phases

Qualifications

• You have a background in the hotel or gastronomy industry and possess sound experience in the F&B sector.
• Several years of experience in pre-opening projects or task force assignments in the hospitality industry.
• Strong project management skills in planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
