The Impact

• Strategic Leadership: Manage and mentor staff while overseeing complex tax engagements.
• Advisory Power: Go beyond compliance. You'll be a key consultant for clients on tax planning, entrepreneurial coaching, and succession strategies.
• Execution: Review federal, state, individual, and business returns ($C$ & $S$ Corps) with precision and speed.
• Client Champion: Work directly with business owners to navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve long-term prosperity.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in Public Accounting (Tax focus).
• Credentials: Active CPA license is required.
• Education: BA in Accounting.
• Versatility: Deep knowledge of individual and business tax returns; experience in niche industries (Real Estate, Medical, or Construction) is a plus.
