Position Overview & Essential Functions

• HNW individual, partnership, and corporate income tax return engagement management.
• Work directly with Partners of the firm on large engagements and manage delegation to junior staff members.
• Communicate and work directly with clients.
• Learn and grow professionally.

Minimum Requirements

• At minimum 8 years of previous experience with income tax preparation.
• Bachelors or master’s degree in accounting.
• CPA license.

Job Type

Full-time; Hybrid work schedule available after first year

Pay

From $150,000 to $180,000.00 per year plus annual productivity bonus paid in December after first year

Salary commensurate with experience. Sign-on bonus.
