The Firm

Well-established regional CPA firm with a diverse client base and a tight-knit, entrepreneurial culture. This is not a large national firm. Direct partner access from day one.

The Role

Work directly alongside the Tax Partner owning review and compliance across a broad book of business. Pass-through entities are the primary focus, with exposure across individuals, corporations, and trusts. They need someone who can step in and operate independently — not someone who needs hand-holding.

Profile

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong pass-through entity background (partnerships, S-corps)
• CPA licensed or actively pursuing
• Comfortable owning engagements with minimal direction
• Big Four and regional firm backgrounds both welcome

This firm is also open to lighter candidates coming in at Senior level and working their way up, so don't hesitate to throw your hat in the ring!
