Your Job

• Proactively support the product management team in strategic, operational, and organizational matters
• Maintain and update product-related data and information
• Coordinate and support marketing activities
• Conduct and prepare internal supplier evaluations
• Analyze sample deliveries and new projects
• Continuous support and management of selected sample items in the Sample Shop (online store)
• Coordinate and track tasks, projects, and deadlines
• Prepare and visualize process targets and results
• Act as an interface between internal teams and suppliers
• Support process improvements within Product Management

Our Requirements

• Professional experience is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and confidence in phone communication
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for data
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive and self-driven working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Assertiveness
• Excellent Excel skills
