We are hiring a Lead Account Executive to join our Paris team and own revenue growth across SMB and Mid-market. This is a hands-on leadership role where you close deals while coaching and structuring a team of 3–4 AEs, working closely with the founders and the go-to-market team 🚀

Your Impact:

As a Lead Account Executive at Primo, you will:

  • Own and close new business across SMB & Mid-market accounts, from discovery to signature.
  • Lead, coach and structure a team of 3–4 AEs, helping them improve their sales process, deal execution and forecasting discipline.
  • Manage a full sales cycle, engaging C-level and IT executives across multiple touchpoints.
  • Ensure the team consistently hits revenue and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Track performance metrics, refine the sales playbook and share best practices across the GTM team.
  • Work closely with BDRs, Marketing and Product to provide market feedback and improve win rates.
