Bridge Inspection Team Leader

Role Overview

As a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality inspection services for both NBIS and Non-NBIS bridges, along with ancillary structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead bridge inspections for NBIS & Non-NBIS structures
• Conduct inspections for NJDOT and NJTA projects
• Train Assistant Team Leaders (ATLs) in the field
• Prepare, review, and submit detailed inspection reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• PE License (preferred, not mandatory)

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of bridge inspection experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience on NJDOT bridge inspection projects
• Strong reporting and leadership skills

Certifications Required

• NHI 130055 & 130053 (if 130055 is older than 5 years)
• NHI 130078
• NJ State PE License (preferred)
• NHI130091or 130092
