What we offer
We believe that work should be enjoyable and fit into your life. That's why, in addition to our diverse and talented team, the best customers, and a wide range of projects and products, we also offer the following:
- Onboarding to settle in: An onboarding plan in advance so you know what to expect. An onboarding day to get to know us better. And the onboarding phase in your department, designed to help you settle in, understand, and get started as effectively as possible.
- Tasks for growth: Making a difference from day 1. That means for us: giving and receiving responsibility. Not just being able to voice ideas, but being allowed to implement them. And a personal development concept that fits individually – whether towards a leadership role or subject matter expert.
- Working hours and location? Flexible. Our flextime model offers the flexibility that suits your work and your life. This naturally includes the option to work from home.
- Teamwork and culture? On equal footing. Open feedback. Regular updates from our management. Solution-oriented collaboration. And of course, get-together events like go-karting, the EPG Christmas party, or our LAN party – to celebrate ourselves and our successes.
- Now. For later. Company pension schemes (bAV) offer a good opportunity to save for retirement. For this, we provide a strong employer contribution today to make your tomorrow as relaxed as possible.
- Movement. To keep moving for a long time. Everyone has the option to lease a company bike (JobRad). Or to train in our sports room. Prefer something as a team? Then join us for the company run or an afternoon in the climbing forest.
- Industry of the present. And future. The world of logistics not only accompanies our daily lives. It is also essential for a sustainable, livable future. What does that mean? A lot that we can achieve together. The opportunity to make things better. And a secure job that is also relevant for the future.
- And of course, we have a fruit basket and drinks.
