Your Role
To strengthen our team in the Regional Marketing Managers Team, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as Team Lead Marketing (m/f/d) 100% at our headquarters in Basel, for a fixed term, starting immediately.
Your Responsibilities
- You lead the initiatives of the commercial calendar and ensure the consistency of the Regional Marketing Managers Team's activities.
- You manage all activities (Retro planning Overview Timing).
- You lead initiatives from launch to debriefing, ensuring all key stages are met.
- You collaborate closely with the Non-Food Marketing, CRM, PR, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies.
- You manage relevant briefings for the content factory, agencies, and visual merchandising, including the review of promotional briefings.
- You organize the production of materials, pre- and post-production processes, including PPM, retouching, and content selection.
- You prepare, review, and validate media plans for food initiatives.
- You take full responsibility for short-term promotions and ensure their consistent execution.
- You oversee the Non-Food marketing budget, ensuring its alignment with management objectives.
- You analyze campaign results and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- You coach project managers, provide them with mentorship, and support their development.
What We're Looking For
- You hold a degree in marketing or have completed a marketing apprenticeship.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a marketing role or as a project manager.
- You are a strong leader with a clear vision.
- You have a good understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- You possess analytical and conceptual skills to evaluate results and improve them over time.
- You excel at managing deadlines and can quickly escalate encountered problems.
- You adapt easily to new contexts, work effectively under pressure, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You have strong collaboration skills and work well with cross-functional teams.
- You are passionate about retail and/or consumer goods.
- You are fluent in French, German, and English.
