Team Lead (m/f/d) - EMC Engineering

Responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary management of the EMC Analysis & Test engineers
• Definition and Implementation of a Technology roadmap in line with the Division strategic goals
• Professional and organizational development of the team in accordance with the company and division goals
• Set-Up and maintenance of general tools, procedures and templates
• Set-Up and maintenance of EMC test equipment
• Transfer of EMC Engineering knowledge and lessons learned across projects and team
• Provide cross-project support for general troubleshooting and implementation of harmonized solutions
• Ensure timely provision of personnel with the required skills for the projects in order to successfully complete them in terms of cost, time and quality

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field
• Several years of professional experience in the space industry
• Comprehensive and in-depth specialist knowledge of EMC Engineering
• Very good communications skills and intercultural competencies
• Good analytical skills as well as a well-organized and structured style of working
• Good decision-making and delegation capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results within cost
• Objectivity, empathy and the ability to accept and reflect on criticism
