Team Leader Automation

Responsibilities

On this position, you will be responsible for the Software sector within the Engineering department and will report directly to the company's CTO. You will lead and support a team of approximately 15 engineers and technicians, ensuring the programming and integration of Beckhoff PLCs, robots, and vision systems for special machines. You will organize, plan, and prioritize your team's work to ensure compliance with specifications and support the development of your collaborators' skills.

Main Tasks

• Organize the team's workload and allocate the necessary resources for project completion
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with client specifications
• Define, implement, and monitor tools and methodologies to ensure quality, deadlines, and budgets are met
• Participate in strategic discussions on technological directions and future developments
• Support, advise, and actively contribute to the development of the team's skills
