At Our See Media, we specialize in end-to-end content post-production—from editing to publishing and scaling content across social media platforms. We work with creators and podcasters to enhance their digital presence and maximize discoverability.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Team Manager to oversee our post‑production workflow. The ideal candidate should be skilled in task management, team coordination, and maintaining structured workflows using sheets/tools. A basic understanding of video editing is essential to ensure quality control and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and manage daily tasks for editors and team members
- Maintain and update tracking sheets (Google Sheets/Notion, etc.)
- Ensure timely delivery of all content projects
- Make sure all content is scheduled on time across platforms with no delays
- Review edited content briefly to ensure quality and required changes are implemented
- Coordinate with editors to communicate feedback and revisions
- Monitor workflow efficiency and suggest improvements
- Ensure deadlines and publishing schedules are strictly followed
Requirements
- Strong team management and coordination skills
- Experience in task assignment and workflow tracking
- Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or similar
- Basic understanding of video editing (cuts, pacing, audio, etc.)
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working with content creators or agencies
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content formats (Reels, Shorts, Podcasts)
